Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses this site, whether or not they buy anything. It sits alongside our terms of sale and privacy policy; where they overlap, all three apply together.
What we sell
JD APPAREL LLC sells finished physical clothing for adults, dispatched as a parcel to a street address: woven and knitted shirts, knitwear, tailored trousers and skirts, jackets and blazers, dresses, a fabric belt and a silk-blend scarf, plus three capsule sets made up of those same pieces.
Everything is sold outright as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, membership, stored balance, credit facility, loyalty scheme or any product that renews or recurs.
What we do not sell
We state this explicitly because payment providers and card networks restrict certain categories, and it should be possible to confirm at a glance that none of them apply here. We do not sell, offer, facilitate or accept payment for:
- Gambling, betting, lotteries or games of chance
- Adult content or services of any kind
- Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol, cannabis or any controlled substance
- Prescription or over-the-counter medicines, supplements or medical devices
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks or any part of them
- Financial products, investments, cryptocurrency, tokens or money transmission
- Lending, credit, debt collection or credit repair
- Counterfeit goods, replicas, or anything infringing another party's intellectual property
- Real fur, endangered species products, or ivory
- Multi-level marketing, get-rich-quick schemes or lead generation for them
- Digital goods, downloads, software, or any service delivered other than as a physical parcel
- Charitable donations or fundraising on behalf of third parties
- Children's clothing, or anything marketed to people under 18
We make no health, medical, therapeutic or body-modifying claims about any piece we sell. Clothing is clothing.
Permitted use
You may browse this site, read everything on it, use the Five-Day Builder, request fabric swatches, contact us, and buy pieces for your own personal use or as a gift.
You may quote and link to our published fabric, care, origin, opacity and measurement data — that is what it is there for — provided you attribute it to Weekwear and do not present it as your own.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Place an order using a payment method you are not authorised to use, or in a name that is not yours or your recipient's.
- Use the site to test stolen or generated card numbers. Card-testing patterns are detected and blocked automatically and are reported.
- Buy for commercial resale without our written agreement, or attempt to obtain wholesale terms by placing repeated retail orders.
- Abuse a promotion — for example by creating multiple identities to reuse a first-order code, or by ordering with the intention of returning solely to trigger a threshold.
- Scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically copy the site, its images, its product data or its code, whether by hand or by automated means.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its infrastructure, or the administration interface; or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
- Interfere with the availability of the service, including by flooding our forms, our search or our API endpoints.
- Submit anything to us that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or that contains malicious code.
- Impersonate Weekwear or JD APPAREL LLC, or use our name, wording or photographs to suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law, including United States sanctions and export controls.
Content you send us
Where you send us a message, a photograph of a fault, or answers to a wardrobe consultation, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — answering you, resolving a return, or preparing your consultation.
We will not publish anything you send us, use it in marketing, or attribute a quote to you without asking you first and getting a clear yes.
Where a customer review is published, it comes from a verified purchaser. If a reviewer received a piece free, at a discount, or was compensated in any way, that fact is disclosed next to the review. We do not write reviews ourselves, we do not pay for positive ones, and we do not remove negative ones because they are negative.
Enforcement
Where we believe this policy has been broken we may decline or cancel an order, refund and void a transaction, withdraw access to the site, or report the matter to the card networks or to law enforcement. We act proportionately: a first accidental breach normally gets an email, not a ban.
If we cancel an order under this policy and payment has been taken, we refund it in full unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
