Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information JD APPAREL LLC collects when you use this site, why we collect it, who it goes to, how long we keep it, and what you can require us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be defended.

Who we are
Weekwear is a trading name of JD APPAREL LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, at 1721 E Duval Street, Lake City, FL 32055, USA. We are the business responsible for the personal information described here.
For anything in this policy, write to support@jdapdarel.shop, call +1 818 835 3868 during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 US Eastern Time, or post to the address above marked for the attention of the privacy contact.
What we collect
| Category | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, telephone number, delivery address | You, at checkout or on a form |
| Commercial information | What you ordered, order value, returns and refunds | Generated by your order |
| Payment information | The last four digits and card type only. We never receive or store a full card number. | Our payment provider, after the transaction |
| Correspondence | Emails, form messages, notes from calls, consultation answers | You |
| Technical information | IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page | Automatically, from your browser |
We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined in California law: no government identifiers, no precise geolocation, no biometric data, no information about health, race, religion, union membership, sexual orientation or the contents of your messages to anyone other than us.
What the Five-Day Builder does not collect
The Five-Day Builder runs entirely in your browser. Your three answers, the swaps you make and the PNG it produces are never transmitted to us and are not stored anywhere on our systems. Closing the tab discards them.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order. Picking, packing, dispatching, and giving the carrier an address and a telephone number so they can deliver it.
- To support you. Answering your questions, processing returns, issuing refunds, and following up on a wardrobe consultation.
- To take payment and prevent fraud. Passing the transaction to our payment provider and acting on the result.
- To meet legal obligations. Keeping tax and sales records for the periods the law requires.
- To send you emails you asked for. Only if you asked. Order emails are separate and are sent because you bought something.
- To keep the site working. Detecting errors, blocking automated abuse of our forms, and understanding which pages are used.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not run behavioural retargeting, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We do not sell your data
We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months and we do not intend to. We have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the preceding twelve months and we do not intend to. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone, and we have never knowingly sold or shared the personal information of a minor under sixteen.
The opt-out link below exists so you can record a preference regardless — see Do Not Sell or Share.
How long we keep it
| Record | Kept for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Order and transaction records | 7 years from the order date | Tax and accounting requirements |
| Delivery address and phone | 2 years from the order date | Returns, disputes and repeat delivery |
| Support correspondence | 2 years from the last message | Context if you write again |
| Wardrobe consultation answers | 12 months from your request | To reply and to follow up once |
| Email list membership | Until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days | To send what you asked for and to honour the opt-out |
| Server and error logs | 90 days | Security and debugging |
At the end of a period the record is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where a record is subject to a legal hold we keep it until the hold ends and no longer.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold — the categories, the specific pieces of information, where they came from, why we have them and who we disclosed them to.
- Give you a copy in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete what we hold, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Limit how we use it, including opting out of any marketing email.
How to exercise them
Email support@jdapdarel.shop with the subject line “Privacy request”, or call +1 818 835 3868. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If a request is genuinely complex we may take a further 45 days, and we will tell you why before the first period ends.
We verify your identity before acting, normally by confirming details of an order you placed. We will not ask you to create an account to make a request. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission that we can verify with you directly.
Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it — no worse price, no reduced service, no change to your access to anything on this site.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us first and we will look at it again. If you are still not satisfied, California residents may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General; residents of other states may complain to their own Attorney General.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of. If you want that preference recorded against your details anyway, you can require it and we will:
- Email support@jdapdarel.shop with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”, or
- Call +1 818 835 3868 during Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 US Eastern Time and tell us, or
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we treat as a valid opt-out request without needing anything else from you.
We action the request within 15 business days and confirm it in writing. You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to justify the request.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not be retaliated against for exercising any of them. All of these are covered above and are available to every customer, not only Californian ones.
For the twelve months preceding the date of this policy we collected the categories of personal information listed under What we collect, for the purposes listed under Why we use it, and disclosed them for a business purpose to the categories of recipient listed under Who we share it with. We sold nothing and shared nothing for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond those permitted without a right to limit, because we do not collect it.
Shine the Light. California Civil Code §1798.83 lets California residents ask once a year for a list of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their own direct marketing. We disclose nothing for that purpose, so the list is empty; ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Records are held in access-controlled databases; access is limited to the people who need it to run the business and is individually authenticated.
Card details are entered on our payment provider's encrypted, PCI DSS compliant page. Full card numbers never reach our servers, our database or our logs — see payment security for the detail.
No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the time limits the law sets, and tell you what happened, what was affected, and what we are doing about it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and nothing here is directed at children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will email anyone affected before it takes effect rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
