Who these terms are between

This site is operated by JD APPAREL LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, trading as Weekwear, at 1721 E Duval Street, Lake City, FL 32055, USA. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the person placing the order.

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract to order from this site. We sell to consumers for personal use. We do not currently sell wholesale through this site.

What we sell

We sell finished physical clothing for adults: shirts, knitwear, trousers, skirts, jackets and dresses, together with two finishing pieces and three capsule sets. Everything is dispatched as a physical parcel. There are 42 pieces in the range, priced from $45 USD to $749 USD.

Everything on this site is sold outright, once. There is no subscription, no membership, no stored balance, no loyalty points and nothing that renews or auto-charges. Our free email list is not a purchase and can be left at any time.

We do not sell formal eveningwear, bridalwear, athletic or sports clothing, children's clothing, real fur, or any digital product or service.

Pricing, currency and tax

• Every price shown on this site is in US Dollars (USD) and is shown with the currency named, not only with a symbol.
• Prices exclude sales tax and delivery unless we say otherwise.
• Sales tax is calculated from your delivery address at the payment step and shown before you confirm.
• International orders are shipped duty unpaid; import duty and local tax are charged separately by your customs authority and are not part of what you pay us. See international delivery.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. The price you confirm is the price you pay.

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a system error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We will not simply charge you the higher figure.

How an order is formed

1. Adding a piece to your bag is not an order and reserves nothing.
2. Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy on these terms. At that point nothing has been charged.
3. The contract is formed when we email you an order confirmation. Until then we may decline the order.

We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable, where we cannot verify the delivery address, where we cannot lawfully ship to the destination, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment we refund it in full within 5–10 business days.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Card details are entered on an encrypted page that meets the PCI DSS standard; we never receive, see or store your full card number. See payment security.

Payment is taken in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee; neither is charged by us and neither is visible to us.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you enter. Where a payment is reversed or a chargeback is raised without first contacting us, we reserve the right to recover the goods or the amount owed, but we would always rather you called us first — most disputes are a delivery question we can answer the same day.

Promotions and discounts

Where we offer a discount, these conditions apply unless the offer itself says otherwise, and any offer-specific conditions are shown with the offer at the point you accept it.

Free delivery threshold

• Applies to orders with a subtotal of $150 USD or more, calculated before sales tax and after any discount.
• Applies to standard delivery only. Expedited delivery is charged at the rate on the shipping page.
• Applied automatically. There is no code and no minimum quantity.
• If a partial return takes an order below the threshold, we do not retrospectively charge for delivery.

First-order discount codes

• One use per person and per delivery address, on a first order only.
• Cannot be combined with another code on the same order.
• Applies to the goods subtotal, not to delivery or tax.
• Has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expires on the date stated with the code.
• If you return part of the order, the refund reflects the discounted price actually paid for the returned pieces.

Capsule set pricing

• Capsule sets are sold at a fixed price below the sum of their pieces bought separately. Where we show a comparison figure, that figure is the current list price of the same pieces on this site on the day you see it — not an inflated reference price and not a price we have never charged.
• The comparison is stated on each capsule page with both numbers written out, so you can check the arithmetic.
• Capsule pricing is not combinable with a first-order discount code on the same items.

Fabric swatches

Swatch sets are free, limited to one set per household, and posted to destinations we ship to. There is no obligation to order and no charge at any point.

We do not run countdown timers, artificial stock warnings, or reference prices that were never charged. If we say a price is reduced, it was previously sold at the higher figure on this site.

Accuracy of descriptions

Every product page states fibre content, care instructions, country of origin, fabric weight, stretch direction, opacity and flat measurements. We stand behind those figures.

• Measurements carry a stated tolerance of ±1 cm. A piece measuring within that band is correct; outside it, it is a fault and we replace or refund it, including postage. See the size guide.
• Colours are shown on your screen and your screen is not the cloth. We publish the hex values we design to, photograph woven swatches, and send free fabric swatches on request. See the colour system.
• Opacity grades are produced by the same lightbox test for every piece and the reference photograph is published. See fabric and care.
• The “pairs with” count on each product page is an enumeration from the published colour and layer rules, not an estimate.

We do not make claims we cannot substantiate. We do not describe any cloth as immune to creasing, we do not make claims about how a garment changes the appearance of a body, and we make no domestic-origin claim for any piece.

Customer reviews, where shown, are from verified purchasers. Where a reviewer received the piece free, at a discount, or was compensated in any way, that is disclosed clearly next to the review itself. We do not edit reviews for sentiment and we do not suppress negative ones.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Our shipping policy and returns, refunds and cancellation policy form part of these terms. In summary: we ship within 30 days of your order or let you cancel for a full refund; you have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn with tags; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving; and there are no restocking fees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

Using this site

You may use this site to browse and to buy. Our acceptable use policy sets out what is not permitted — in short, anything that damages the site, harvests data from it, or misrepresents who you are.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to us. You may not copy or republish them commercially without our written permission.

Our garment patterns are our own work or are standard constructions in general use. No piece we sell carries a third-party brand mark, reproduces a protected design, or imitates the distinctive signature detailing of another maker. If you believe anything here infringes your rights, write to support@jdapdarel.shop with the detail and we will investigate promptly.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — though where such an event delays your order, our shipping commitment above still gives you the right to cancel for a full refund.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of any order placed through this site are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the moment you placed it, and we keep a dated copy of every version. Changes are never applied retrospectively to an order already confirmed.
